On November 25, the China Rubber Industry Association officially released the "Guiding Outline for the "14th Five-Year" Development Plan for the Rubber Industry".
The "Plan" covers 14 industries in the rubber industry chain.
It is reported that by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the annual output target of China's tire industry is 704 million pieces, with a meridian rate of 96%.
Among them, 527 million passenger car radial tires, 148 million truck radial tires, and 29 million bias tires were produced.
In addition, there are 20,000 giant engineering radial tires, with a meridianization rate of 100%; agricultural tires 12 million, with a meridianization rate of 16%; and 54,000 aviation tires, with a localization rate of 15%.
According to Zhu Hong, deputy secretary general of the China Rubber Association and director of the Technical and Economic Committee, the overall development goal of the rubber industry is to maintain a steady growth in the total volume, but the average annual growth rate is slightly lower than the current level.
At the same time, continue to consolidate China's rubber industry's international leading scale influence and export share.
Strive to the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan" (2025) and enter the intermediate stage of a strong country in the rubber industry.
Zhu Hong said that the industry must adhere to independent innovation, improve the technical content of products; enhance the level of intelligent manufacturing in the industry; strengthen industry self-discipline, cultivate brand products, and promote the healthy development of the industry; strengthen international production capacity cooperation and adjust the industrial layout.
